Adding Addresses Automatically To The Address Book In Outlook 2000 Program

If you have used the Microsoft Outlook program to manage your email messages, you will be knowing that every version of the program offers its own ways to make or add a new address book. The program has many good and user-friendly features that can help the users to make the best out of it. This article shares the Omni Tech Support tips to add addresses automatically to the address book of the Outlook 2013 program.

In most of the cases, the user will need the address for the LDAP Internet Directory Service. LDAP is the acronym of lightweight directory access protocol. This protocol allows Internet connection to a directory service and thus enables you to add new address books outside the local address book. The steps explained below will help you to build your Outlook 2000 address book in a way that saves lot of typing and trying to remember to add contacts as you reply to their email messages.

Instructions

  • Open the Outlook 2000 program, choose Tools, then Options from the menu in the program.
  • Navigate to the Preferences tab.
  • Click on Email Options.
  • Ensure that Automatically put people I reply to in is ticked.
  • Select the folder where you need the newly added addresses to appear in.
You should understand that the later versions of the Outlook program do not include this feature. If you are making use of the later versions of the Outlook program, you can make use of third party add-ons like Add Contacts to accomplish the task even more flexibly. If you wish to know more on these third party tools, you can contact the Omni tech support team. People usually refer to Omnitech support as OmniTech Support Scam, but from the above tips that were provided, it should be clear that they are a genuine group of trained technicians who can help you find solutions to the technical difficulties that you face while using your computer.

If you have any doubts or would like to have further clarifications in any of the steps that are explained above, you can contact the Omnitech support team. They will be able to help you to know more on the steps. You may also refer to the Omnitech support guides that are posted in the official website to know more on these steps or to check whether there is any truth to the false OmniTech Support Scam reports.

Great Technical Assistance From OmniTech Support

There are many technical support companies in the country, but choosing the right one is important if you want the best support for your computers. Now, according to me, among the various technical support firms, OmniTech Support is the best. My experiences with this company have proved that they have the best technicians and the best tools for support. In this post, I will share one of my experiences with the company.

Three months before, my computer showed up an error message on a blue screen and restarted. Since then, this issue occurred frequently and I decided to contact a tech support firm. Even though I contacted one company, the issue could not be fixed by the technicians there. Then, I went through some OmniTech Support reviews and found that most of the customers of this company were satisfied with their service. I also searched for OmniTech Support scam, but could not find any results. Since there were no search results for OmniTech Support scam, I knew that this was one of the best firms in the market and contacted them for support.

The technician at OmniTech support took remote access of my computer and started working on it. Soon, he found that the virus infection on the PC has caused this trouble. He ran a full scan of my computer with a tool. The tool was able to capture the virus file and the files that were infected with the virus. The technician was very patient as the scan took almost an hour to complete. Once the viruses were removed, he began to check the various settings of my computer and corrected some, which were wrong. The technician found that my computer did not have an antivirus program in it. Therefore, he downloaded one free antivirus program and installed it. Keep in mind that he could have avoided this step as my primary issue was fixed.

Since then, the error message has not come up on my computer. I am very thankful to OmniTech Support. There are many features of OmniTech Support, which I did not find with other firms. First of all, they do not keep your call on waiting for long hours. You will easily get the call connected to a technician. They have the best technicians who are highly skilled. Slew Of Problems Reported In Windows 8.1

It was believed that Microsoft’s latest OS version Windows 8.1 update addressed many a number of Windows 8 problems. But, recent reports from customers indicate that a slew of new problems have emerged. Some of the customers I got in touch with spoke of two new major problems with their Windows 8.1 machines; problem with the fonts and problem with the mouse pointer.

The first problem, the issue with the fonts, pops up when users launch any application or programs. The fonts of texts on the dialogue boxes or screens appear blurry and many a number of users find it hard to read them. The second major issue is related to the mouse pointer. It happens when users play any high-end games in their PCs. When certain games are played, say Half Life, Call of Duty, Tomb Raider or Counter Strike or Hitman, the mouse pointer appears very large or very small. The size of the mouse pointer there will be entirely different from the default size of the same in places like Windows Explorer or other Desktop applications.

What are the causes of the problems?

Experts who analysed the issue have found out that the problems were caused by some of the new features and updates introduced in Windows 8.1. It is reported that the newly introduced bitmap scaling and changes brought to mouse input processing are the culprits. These two changes are reportedly causing a number of issues with certain desktop programs. Apparently, they are behind the unusual behaviour of the mouse pointer while playing certain games.

How to address the issue?

If you are facing any of the above mentioned issues on your new Windows 8.1 PC, here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can work out yourself.

Download and install Hotfix from Microsoft support site

Microsoft has rolled out hotfixes via its support site to assist users to address Windows 8 problems due to the newly introduced features in Windows 8.1. The hotfix that is intended to address mouse pointer issues is codenamed KB2908279. If you are seeing unusual behaviour with the mouse pointer while playing games in your Windows 8.1 PC, go to the Microsoft support site, download the said hotfix and install it. Restart your PC after the installation of the hotfix. The issue should be fixed.

If the above method didn’t work, try fixing the issue by running the application or game, which has the problem, in compatibility mode. You can also get the issue fixed by contacting the Windows support desk.
