All you have to do is alter the cookies settings and the temporary Internet files settings to boost up the performance of your internet explorer. Instructions
Turn on your Windows Vista machine.
Launch the Internet Explorer 7 web browser.
Access the "Tools" menu.
Pick out the "Internet Options" tab
Go for the "Delete Browsing History" tab.
Tag along the "Delete All" tab to wipe out cookies, temporary Internet files and browsing history.
Mark on the "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons" box and hit on the "OK" tab.
Now opt for the "Security" tab.
In the security menu, access the "Reset all zones to default level" option.
Hit on the "OK" tab.
Exit from the internet settings menu.
Revert back to the "Tools" menu yet again and pick out "Manage Add-ons" tab.
